The house case introduced in this issue is an old house built in 1980 s. The owner has lived here for more than 20 years since 1986. Due to the traces of life such as cracked and moldy walls and old furniture in the old house, I decided to redecorate the old house for many years to make myself more comfortable.
Decades-old houses are also more difficult to renovate and design than blank houses because of their unreasonable apartment type and structure. The renovation of “old and broken” is not just a renovation, but also a better lifestyle!

④ Remove the wallpaper of the whole house and paint latex paint to make the space simpler and brighter;

Because it is the apartment that faces the living room directly after entering the door, for this situation, the designer decisively set up at the entranceGlass splicing gridColumn style hollow design porch partition.
It highlights the hazy beauty of “still hiding half her face from us behind her guitar”, and the partition skillfully blocks the line of sight, resolving the embarrassment of “seeing at a glance” and giving residents more safety and comfort.
And place a custom shoe cabinet at the entrance, which can be used for storage, and you can also put keys or green plants on the cabinet. I have to mention that the design of the porch partition immediately poked the owner’s heart and shouted “I like it!”

In the past, the old house was relatively small in area, especially the living room and dining room, which were particularly crowded. Now our modern home style pursues the comfort of public areas, so we can combine the original dining room and living room together to formIntegrated design of guest and dining room 。
Light green leather sofa, marble coffee table and marble dining table for five make the space more layered and add a simple and high-end feeling.
Due to the limitations of the house, the lighting in the living room is poor and dim. The designer designed an indoor window in the second bedroom, and the outdoor natural light of the bedroom enters the living room, increasing the overall lighting and transparency.
Customized TV cabinet, glass cabinet door design increases storage and display space, allowing homeowners to display their favorite figures.

The “L”-shaped kitchen design maximizes the utilization area of cabinets, and at the same time makes the cooking line smoother.
